COLOUR CONSULTATIONS
$50 hr
Whole home where only 1-3 colours are chosen - $100 (set fee)
Whether you are wanting colour for one room or are looking for a palette for your whole home, I can show you beautiful colours that will best suit not only your tastes, but also the style of your home and your furnishings.
2 HOUR CONSULTATION $100
A 2 hr Consultation is a great way to get the ball rolling on your project – no matter what the size!
- Are you feeling frustrated with 1 room or your entire home? Do you want to revitalize your space but don’t know where to start?
- Do you need help from a professional who can pull all of your ideas together, tweak them to their best advantage and show you how to implement them?
- Are you considering a renovation – either 1 room or an entire home?
- Are you thinking of building a new home?
- Are you starting a business and need help with a vision for you office/retail space?
A 2 hr Consultation is a great way to get the ball rolling on any project you have in mind. Your 2 hr Consult may include some of the following”
- Paint colours – including finish and recommendations on brand
- Furniture layout using your existing pieces - Either roughdrawn or hands-on if time allows
- Hands-on assistance with accessorizing
- Recommendations on placement of artwork
- Complete room/home palette creation involving the selection of the following products: Flooring, Countertops, Cabinets, Lighting and Plumbing fixtures, etc…
- Recommendations on potential purchases including: Furniture, accessories, artwork, lighting, etc…
- Troubleshooting problem areas and highlighting features
If a 2 hour Consultation is just the beginning of our relationship, custom packages are available – prices vary depending on scope of project.
RENOVATIONS AND NEW BUILDS
Initial 2 hr Consultation – $100
Project Price – dependant on scope of project/build (refer below for more details)
Whether you are in the beginning stages of your project or smack-dab in the middle. You can use me as a soundboard for ideas, a bank of knowledge and a reference for quality products and trades. My goal is to help you achieve your vision while trying to keep an eye on the budget!
Every homeowner has their comfort zone with regard to how “involved” they get in the selection process, my packages are designed to suit your needs and your budget.
Scope of project may vary depending on the following:
- Square footage of home
- Number of flooring types/product changes throughout
- Number of bathrooms
- Whether the home has a suite or not
- Whether I am shopping for you, with you or simply confirming your selections
HOME STAGING $50 hour
If you are looking to prepare your home for selling, then look no further! With the focus on the “5 Key Rooms”, I will help you get your home ready for resale. You will receive hands-on assistance as well as handy to-do lists that take you step-by-step through the preparation of your home.
This will include recommendations on the following:
- Advice on De-cluttering
- Suggestions for the positioning of furnishings to accent the rooms’ features and Focal Points and to camouflage the flaws
- Tips on accessorizing that are simple and suitable
- A list of items to fix, repair, replace, purchase to increase the selling potential of the home
You will also receive a Viewing Booklet that is specific to your home. This is a room-by-room guide that will show you in specific details the steps to take to show your home at it’s best advantage for every viewing.
CUSTOM WINDOW COVERING AND FURNISHINGS
Consulting and Shopping $50 hr
I can help you find the perfect pieces with my connections to quality suppliers of Window Coverings and Furniture. Use my services to help you through the process of selecting pieces that suit your style while fitting your space and budget.
If you are on a tight-budget I also have GREAT connections with local retailers who can offer you furniture at a lower cost.
MOVE-IN AND DOWN SIZE SERVICES $50 hr
I’m available when you are planning to downsize and are wondering which pieces will fit in your new space. Recommendations will be made on which pieces to keep, which pieces to part with and we will discuss the best avenues to sell the pieces you no longer want. I am a sucker for sentimental value, so have no fear that I will ask you to part with the things that you value the most for “whatever” reason.
Once you move into your new space, I will help you find the arrangement that best suits your new accomodations and will assist in placement of furniture, artwork and accessories.
