Happy New Year everyone! Now that life is getting back to normal (or as normal as it gets) I have some exciting news!!!
I’ve made it to one of the final rounds for the Marilyn Denis Show (CTV)! If I am chosen I’ll be going to Toronto for a final face-to-face interview with Marilyn herself (I think?) and then a few days of on-camera competition with the other finalists with the hopes of being an “Expert” for the show. How cool would that be?! I know that I could be so effective on a large scale with regards to helping homeowners change their homes “affordably” and “effectively”.
I’m crossing my fingers, toes and eyes that this happens for me!
Also, I’m on Twitter now. Seriously, I come across some unbelievable deals that I would love to share with you all. I like to shop….ummm, alot. During these shopping marathons I come across clearance sections, unique items and awesome opportunites that we can all take advantage of. You can also let me know what you’re looking for and what your budget is (and you know I love a challenge) and I can keep my eyes open.
I just picked up a mirror the other day at the Superstore that was regularly $40 and was on for $9.99 and it’s about 20″ round with an espresso frame and it rocks my world. Granted, I didn’t NEED another mirror – oh well.
